Data we collect
We collect your name, email, and password (stored encrypted) to create and maintain your account. For Pix payments we collect the payer's tax ID (CPF) and phone, as required by the payment processor.
We record minimal technical information, such as an identifier of the computer running the app, to enforce the device limit of your license.
How we use your data
We use your data to authenticate your account, process payments, validate your license, and send essential emails such as email confirmation and password reset.
Sharing
We share data only with payment processors (Stripe and BlackCat) and our email provider, strictly to run the service. The CPF is sent only to the Pix processor.
We do not sell your data. Browser-profile data (cookies, fingerprints, history) stays only on your computer; we have no access to it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the support email. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data except records the law requires us to keep.
Retention
We keep your data while your account exists and for the legally required period afterwards.
