Cooling-off period
If you subscribe and have not meaningfully used the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Card subscriptions
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Started periods are not refunded pro rata, except under the cooling-off period above.
Pix payments
Pix payments unlock a fixed period. Within the cooling-off period and without real use, the refund is sent back to the same payment key.
